Paving slabs loose & broken in Market Street on the side of the wessex Hotel.

Reported in the Pavements/footpaths category anonymously at 18:25, Tuesday 26 June 2018

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Winchester City Council 4 minutes later

There are a number of paving slabs that are broken & loose on both sides of the pavement in Market Street BUT especially at the side of the Wessex Hotel. I am disabled & have almost fallen along here if it wasn't for someone with me catching me before I fell. I would not hesitate to seek legal advice should I fall due to these broken & loose slabs.

  • There are still broken & lose paving slabs a severe trip hazard waiting to happen! If there were posts to stop lorries etc from parking on the pavement that may help or the parking attendants being a bit more pro active. Also the new 'hotel being built is continually taking up the disabled spaces outside Debenhams in this vicinity!
