Sent to West Sussex County Council less than a minute later

The residents at number 10 I think continually put there bins outside on the pavement which cause a blockage to wheelchair users parents with buggies and young children. Where the tree bends across the footpath blocking the way. I spoke to the neighbour who informed me she has spoken to them about this issue but it falls on deaf ears. I have had to be rescued every time the collection is due. Madness

  • There is nothing wrong with the tree. It’s the bins that are causing the problem. They should be placed away from the tree!!!

  • What is the point of keeping sending this as not fixed when nothing has changed

  • This needs a letter sent to the occupants of the address asking them not to put the pins near the tree.
