Manhole at side of road open and broken

A manhole cover has what looks like been hit by a car and has broken at the side of Kingston Lane opposite streetlight 3 on the corner. It looks slightly dangerous as someone could fall into it at night when it is dark.

While on the subject, that section of grass where the manhole cover is was missed by grass cutters a few weeks ago and desperately needs being cut.
