Blocked road used as drop-off point

Sent to Hampshire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1347231.

The road that has been blocked from accessing next to the sports ground is regularly used for temporary parking and dropping people off. It's a hazard and an annoyance. The road feature's affordance encourages this behaviour and should have been considered. Please move the curb to the edge of the road to discourage this behaviour and remove this 'layby'.
