Two very noisy manholes

Two manhole covers were recently installed after a new drain system was introduced. When vehicles pass over them they are extremely noisy and cause disturbance day and night which is highly detrimental to quality of life. This is a semi rural village with a nature reserve.Thankyou for your help.
