Overhanging council trees into private land blocking light

Hello! There is a large number of trees in council-owned scrubland next to Bromley Road which encroaches onto our property dropping leaves into our gutter and blocking sunlight. Please cut multiple branches from the trees as soon as possible - area has been used as a hiding spot for dumping

For example information such as a house number or street light column number can greatly help us to correctly identify the location while further details such as the nature and scale of an issue (especially dumped rubbish) assists us co-ordinating an appropriate response.
