Dirty, neglected, overgrown, smashed up tenfoot!

Sent to Hull City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1345950.

Absolutly discraceful how all the council owned Garden Village tenfoots are badly overgrown, damaged and full of rubbish and dog poo, old needles and dog poo everywhere!
