Sent to Fareham Borough Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1344660.
The New Broadlaw is becoming a refuse tip, the planting area is full of cigarette ends and rubbish, also the large planters are just a rubbish collecting area, the plants are a joke.

No one seems to care, it's a disgrace. Whoever is responsible for the cleanliness and general appearance, they should be ashamed. The residents aren't that bothered.

This is a permanent problem, the shrubbery areas are totally neglected, there are more cigarette ends than plants and the bins are not emptied on a Friday,so rubbish builds up all weekend. Disgraceful.

The rubbish bins are never emptied on a Friday,so over the weekend the bins become overfilled and rubbish flys around the area in particular the rubbish from Subway! People do use the bins but are not emptied enough
