Annually, there are four applications of weed spray, typically applied from spring through to early autumn on paved highways (subject to appropriate weather conditions). Once sprayed 'dieback' should occur within seven to ten days under normal conditions before the residue is removed through routine scheduled street cleaning activities.
State changed to: No further action

Die back has occurred on the weeds reported, but this could be because we sprayed them with weed killer when the issue was reported to you but the dead weeds haven't been removed. The problem extends to the front of the shops in Stanley Way too. I have lived in the area for many years and have never seen it in such a run down and deplorable condition.
