Sent to West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later

Due to extensive new building works taking place along the London Road, Russell Way is now being used for the parking of related vehicles. Due to the busy nature of vehicles driving into and out of Russell Way on a daily basis, along which are situated Chipping Norton Outpatient, Birth Centre and First Aid Unit and Chipping Norton Health Centre, vehicles are finding it difficult to pull into and out of Russell Way from and onto the London Road. Patients and staff are concerned of a pending accident taking place. This has become an increasing problem since building work commenced, approximately 4-6 weeks ago. The adjacent field could possibly be used as a temporary parking provision, if an agreement was sought from the farmer owner? The photos attached are a snapshot taken on Tuesday 5 May 2018 at approx. 12:45hrs.
