Parkers on double yellow hazards at all times

Reported anonymously at 07:43, Saturday 16 June 2018

Sent to Brighton and Hove City Council 5 hours, 2 minutes later

There is nothing to physically stop parking on the double yellows so that is what happens. Exiting from Golden Lane then has zero view down/up Western Street. Exiting is then most hazardous. I fear there will be an accident. Can we have islands WITH bollards on either side of GL's entrance. We have medics on GL who may be on call at all hours who do not need to be in an RTA because of avoidable poor parking.
