Rubbish being dumped at the bottom of William Street

Reported in the Rubbish (refuse and recycling) category anonymously at 14:18, Friday 15 June 2018

Sent to Cornwall Council 2 minutes later

Residents of William Street and surrounding areas are using the bottom non-paved area to dump bin bags, from as early as the night after collection day. The council have been contacted, and have confirmed that this is not a designated collection area and residents should leave bags on their doorstep. They have sent out leaflets to all surrounding streets, and provided residents on William street with seagull-proof sacks, however the issue still persists, and has done for several years.
