To follow up my previous note re rubbish and dog mess

Reported anonymously at 10:06, Friday 15 June 2018

Sent to East Sussex County Council and Hastings Borough Council 4 minutes later

I mentioned a minute ago the dog mess and rubbish along the pavement here. I wonder if one solution might be to improve the pavement itself - it needs replacing, it's in a state. A better pavement (perhaps made with brick or something) might...and I accept it's 'might'...deter people from treating the street like a rubbish tip. It'd certainly add something to the feel of the area, make it look more attractive to visitors etc
