Loose tarmac/soft bitumen

Sent to Leicestershire County Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1340261.

There are patches up and down the street where the tarmac had gone soft and it is getting stuck to our tyres and causing stone chips. Also it is being trodden into the houses.
