  • Can see no evidence of “fix”?? Just had to restrap the loose makeshift harness which has loosened. Surely tree needs re strapping.......what is it you’ve done??

  • Had report to say problem has been fixed. Can see NO evidence of this.....old post and makeshift straps still in place. Are you investigating the correct tree here??

  • Need to report, yet again, that the tree outside no 50 The Grove has become unstable in the recent strong winds and rain. Your ‘fix’ to this problem has proven to be woefully inadequate......a piece of plastic tube around the base has not and will not provide stability as the earth around the base is giving way. I have once again tried to restrap this and, if this tree ultimately falls and hits my car.....I will be looking for appropriate compensation as this matter has been reported rather too often now. I’m surprised that this matter has dragged on so long without appropriate rectification.....when I see this tree listing by some 25-30 degrees then there’s clearly an accident waiting to happen. If it does......I have all communications to you and your replies logged and documented. This needs attention!
