Occupies a space in a controlled parking zone without a parking permit and has done so for over 2 weeks (since 29 May 2018).

Owner has left window part opened and the nearside rear tyre has gone flat. No sign of owner since the notice or anyone else to come collect vehicle.

Has a green London minicab licence badge in the windscreen.
