Fire damage to bin

Group of youths have been setting small fires in the vicinity of the well and in the litter bin adjacent to the well. The fire brigade have been called x2 in recents weeks and I have put out x2 further fires. Another litter bin is located 20m away. Please could the litter bin by the well be removed?
