Large overhanging tree and overgrown hedges.

Large overhanging tree onto pavement at corner of Leckford Rd and Kingston Road which a blind man ran into with his head. He had a large bump from running into the tree. Also hedges along Kingston Road which are overgrown and force pedestrians onto a narrowing pavement. This is a problem all along the road.
