Overflowing rubbish every day, picked apart by the seagulls and spread further down the road.

Sent to Hastings Borough Council 4 minutes later

Every morning there is rubbish strewn over London Road and Kings Road (Kings Road particularly bad) because people aren't provided with wheelie bins, so leave rubbish in bags which is then picked apart by seagulls and foxes. It is really disgusting.

Updates

  • Nowhere to store bins, and too dangerous to supply all flats with seagull sack. Wednesday is collection day and usually done quite early, along with street cleansing crews.

  • Thanks for your reply. Please can you explain why providing seagull sacks to flats on Kings Road is dangerous?
