Sent to Leeds City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1337974.

The posts have been taken from across the top of the fence and whoever has helped themselves has left the metal that held the posts down sticking out all over, causing a major health & safety issue to the school children walking past them twice a day.
