Footway severely narrowed by verge/vegetation

Copford, B1408 S footway, between School Rd and Queensberry Ave junctions.

Footway has become dangerously narrow aside busy B1408 where vehicles have to drive close to kerb approaching traffic island and along which many speed. Limited space safely to accommodate footway traffic and people waiting for bus. Elderly resident of limited mobility has complained of a fall when alighting bus due to lack of width for mobility aid. Please remove vegetation and soil as soon as possible. A Highway Rangers task?
