Rubbish and grass cuttings

Reported in the Dumped rubbish category anonymously at 19:25, Monday 11 June 2018

Sent to Bromley Council 4 minutes later

For the past few years I have been constantly reporting the rubbish bins , bags of rubbish and hedge cutting . Currently there is the waste you see in the photos and more hedge cuttings . She sweeps the waste from her path onto the public path also. This not only is hazardous, attracts vermin who open the bags and pulls the waste out and onto the path /grass area .This has been going on for too long now and really needs resolving before someone slips or the vermin become a nuisance.
