Exiting is a significant problem - the bend in the road of Old York Road (towards Tesco if exiting Stocks Rise) means the parked cars completely blind drivers exiting Stocks Rise from vehicles approaching from the right. You have to crane your neck to an impossible degree and, sometimes, it's a wing and prayer when some drivers come flying down there. The dentist, whose clients are clearly causing the issue, should pay for a small section of the parking within Stocks Rise to be converted into private use for their lazy clients who can't be bothered to park more sensibly and walk more than 10 yards.
