Abandoned vehicle with mutiple flat tyres

Sent to Cherwell District Council 2 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1333110.

A black BMW YC03 HHU has multiple flat tyres and has not moved is several months. according to the DVLA is has no valid MOT, but it is on the highway!

Updates

  • The vehicle is still on the road. Local council have been in contact with owner, who still wants the car. Police have been informed and they are aware it is not MOT'd, so that means Insurance, etc are invalid.
