Communication box with cover removed/wires exposed

Sent to Leicester City Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1332866.

Green (telephone?) communications box at top of Harlaxton Street has it's cover removed and all the wiring inside is exposed. Has been like this for at least a week. Cover was still there, propped up at the side yesterday (06/06/18).
