Footpath been blocked by over grown hedges and large tree at number 24 Cranmore drive

The footpaths are getting unusable due to ver over grown hedges & a large tree at number 24 Cranmore drive. This is very dangerous due to this been outside Clapgate school & drivers are parking on the pavements causing you to have to walk on the run at very busy periods.
