Sent to Leicester City Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1331713.

I have reported green spraypainted and black handwriting tags on the two large green electrical boxes on Andrewes st near to Hinckley Rd. Also around the corner on Hinckley Rd up to Fosse Rd the grey and green electrical boxes and waste bins have also been done. This was reported weeks ago but still not removed.
