Poor tarmacing

Since having the new tarmac pavement laid, whenever it rains the rain collects and doesnt drain away. There is an area already marked for fixing which was reported several months ago to be fixed but this section is an addition area which proves a problem whenever it rains outside of 74-76 Findon road.
