Large puddle forming along length of drain

The drainage channel in the pedestrianized area in front of Sainsburys and SubWay is not flowing freely. Each time it rains a long puddle forms along the line of the drain. Pedestrians have to walk around to access the shops / cash point. Seems to have been a problem since the development was opened.
