Van blocking pavement from 5pm to 6am weekdays and all day on Sat/Sun/Bank Holiday. Children, pushchaira, pedestrians and wheelchair users are forced to walk on the road. Difficult to see around when driving/parking. Issue been on going for over a year. Have discussed with the driver, he moved it onto his driveway for one weekend and then continued to park on pavement because "there aren't any signs or yellow lines saying not to"
