A white people carrier, BX58OLO, is parked dangerously close to the junction of Reculver Road / Grange Road. It completely obscures vision of oncoming traffic from the right. While many other vehicles park part road part path making life difficult for path users it is I thought illegal to park like this. The vehicle is in the road a large amount of every day and although I reported this mid February NOTHING has changed. It is outside LifeTime Care home.
