Flats in trevelyan crescent that are on holly walk are a complete mess residents have all bins outside of their communal yard on public land rubbish everywhere rats have been seen

Residents don't clear up their rubbish leaving bins outside yard is a tip fire hazard and rats have been seen this has been a problem for a good few years now and it's not fare on other residents of holly walk
