Drains blocked outside 11 Western Bouevard LE2 7EJ and also same problem accross the road. When it rains i witness many people being soaked by passing traffic

Sent to Leicester City Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1321670.

The drains are blocked with leafs etc huge puddles and flooding therefore appear when raining.
