Open vehicles containing rubbish are parked in residential street

Sent to Spelthorne Borough Council 5 minutes later
There is a company who continually leave it's vehicles with a full load of rubbish parked in Thetford Road for days at a time.
The vehicle with the cage has been in this spot for over a week now and the other vehicle appeared today.
The photos show the lovely view I get from my garden, not to mention the blocking of the footpath by these vehicles.
This is supposed to be a residential area but it's turning into Ashford's very own tip.
A new day, a new load of rubbish.
Can't wait to see what goodies to-morrow brings.
As it's a Bank Holiday weekend, we'll be able to enjoy the rubbish view for 3 days.

After a very pleasant Bank holiday weekend, spoiled only by the view of the (still parked) load of rubbish, we are now joined by yet another of this company's many vehicles.
Now you may wonder why they don't park outside their own house. The reason is that they can't as they already had more of their vehicles parked outside their own house. I know this as I was awoken from my slumbers at 06:00 this morning (quite a regular occurrence now) with the sound of vehicle doors being slammed shut and loud vehicles being driven away..

Hooray, the rubbish has finally gone today. As usual, a fair bit of noise early in the morning (just after 06:00) but at least the rubbish has gone now. As an added bonus, the occasional whiff of cat pee that we've been having these past couple of weeks has also gone.
I do however, fully expect another load of rubbish in the not too distant future.
I did contact the local council about this vehicle being parked outside with a full load of rubbish and they advised it wasn't their problem and gave me the number for Environmental Health. When I contacted Environmental Health, they said that they could nothing and advised me to contact the local council. (round and round we go again)
So, to date on the issue of this company's many vehicles being parked in a residential area, sometimes with full loads of rubbish, I spoken to the local council, Surrey County Council, the Police, Environmental Health and my local councillor, all to absolutely no avail. No-one wants to take any action on this. Makes me wonder why I pay my Council tax as I get very poor service for my £2,500 per year.
