Footpath overgrown inc. branches hanging down

Sent to Hampshire County Council 4 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1319225.

Between lamp posts 27 and 28 particularly bad - single file walking and bent double or you get a branch in the face! This area needs properly cutting right back please. What was the council worker doing here last month as seems to have spent all his time sat in the cab ... supervisory checks on work done required :-( Signboard opposite also obscured by large branch so unreadable :-(
