Street tree has died

Unfortunately, the beautiful rowan tree that was outside number 33 / 35 Reddons Road has died: there is no evidence of any buds / leaves / new growth. It does not look as though it will fall down anytime soon - but, obviously, will need cutting down at some point. Many thanks
