Public Byway needs to be reinstated

Reported in the Footpaths/ Rights of way (usually not tarmac) category anonymously at 16:26, Friday 18 May 2018

Dereham RB3 needs to be reinstated to a fit state for public use, to its full legal extent, and fully signed. Through a recent Planning Inspectorate interim decision, "Cherry Lane" looks highly likely to get added to the definitive map as a restricted byway, so there is every reason for the highway authority, Norfolk County Council, now to look to sorting out RB3 in time for Cherry Lane getting added to the definitive map.
