Speed hump completely disintergrating

The speed hump on Tachbrook Park Drive just before the turning into Artemis Drive travelling in the direction towards the Shires Retail Park is completely disintegrating and is going to cause damage to cars. Please can this hump be completely resurfaced like others on this road have been?
