Sent to Nottingham City Council 3 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1313405.

Northbound a612 (manvers street) at junction with Evelyn street. On left side of left hand lane of carriageway large pothole, approx 1x0.5m. Base shows exposed cobbles from previous road surface but very uneven and deep/sharp sided.
