Sent to Argyll and Bute Council 1 minute later

There is a sceptic tank outflow from one of two sceptic tanks from one of two houses identified by SEPA on the east side of the road overflowing toxic sewage onto the beach on the west side of the road, already affected some pets (sickness) Offending premises been identified by SEPA who are trying to write or phone the owners ...the tanks will be external and should be investigated and fixed regardless of access permission and cost this a public toxic hazard emergency now, they have suggested houses may be empty, common sense would suggest that empty houses don't fill sceptic tanks? members of the public have been reporting this for weeks since February after pets falling sick from drinking effluent , SEPA very poor responses available but no room on this doc for inclusion.
