Road surface badly damaged around Primary School entrance

Reported in the Pothole category by Michael Ward at 08:55, Fri 11 May 2018

Sent to West Berkshire Council 5 minutes later

This section of road needs properly resurfacing as you are wasting money repeatedly doing minor repairs. Cyclists have to swing out to avoid the potholes, it is on a bend and unlit at night. It is a dangerous position on either side of the Primary School entrance. The road markings warning of the Primary School have almost totally warn away. I accept that yet another temporary repair should be undertaken urgently, but please follow it up with a proper resurfacing of the B4009 between Elvendon Road and Milldown Avenue junctions (see also damaged road at nearby pelican crossing)

  • This is still not fixed. FixMy Street is a ridiculous waste of my time and even has the cheek to ask me for money for my effort! Unbelievable, but I suppose this is all we can expect from Theresa May's Tory Britain.

  • Useless. The pointer moved between me filling in the form and submitting it.
