Large damaging lump in road

Sent to East Hampshire District Council and Hampshire County Council 5 minutes later. FixMyStreet ref: 1308448.

These Large damaging lumps in road (bot sides ) these lumps damage suspension and spoilers on low cars, and do noting for welfare of ambulance occupants! vehicles are forced on to pavement / curbs/ oncoming traffic trying to avoid these dangerous obstructions they have been there about 6 years and its time they were removed and road surface flattened to good order
