This flooded pedestrian underpass was previously reported and subsequently cleared. It is flooded again even though there has been no significant rain for over a week and the river level has reverted to normal. It is difficult for mobility impaired pedestrians and people with prams to find alternative ways in the vicinity to cross the very busy A229.
