Cracked paving slab has risen, creating trip hazard

There is a cracked paving slab which has lifted slightly. This combined with the adjacent area of tarmac which is lower than the general level of the paving slabs has created a trip hazard.

The problem is located by the shared entrance to The Olive Tree and Jane's Charity Shop.
