Loose gravel and potholes along whole length of Water Farm

Reported in the Potholes category anonymously at 14:39, Wed 9 May 2018

Sent to Kent County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1306857.

The surface takes heavy traffic from the working farm at the end as well as most houses having two cars turning from their driveways on a narrow road.

Updates

  • To whom it may concern I understand a report into the poor condition of Water Farm Road CT4 6TZ has already been submitted. I to concur that the condition of the aforementioned road is in need of proper repair and not ‘first aid’ measures as previously carried out years ago. A substantial resurfacing is required due to the frequent use of farm machinery. The current damaged surface poses a danger some residents and the owners of two motorbikes. I understand that we have been put on a ‘wish list’ on more than one occasion. The term wish list is very childish and does nothing to inspire confidence in KCC Highways. Perhaps the term ‘inspection list’ would be more appropriate which hopefully would imply an inspection. For your information and necessary action, 7, Water Farm Elham
