3 foot long pothole directly on passenger wheel side of a very narrow road. An unavoidable position especially driving down hill and at night with limited light.

Sent to Norfolk County Council 2 minutes later

The pothole is directly in lime with he passenger side wheels on this narrow downhill part of Quidenham/Eccles Road. I was driving at only 30mph as it was dark and this has caused over £200 worth of damage to my vehicle and causing both severe time and financial impact to my commute to work as I now have to get the train while the car is fixed. The pothole is unavoidable due to not being able to be seen until too late as it on a downward slope and the road is only wide enough for 1 car to pass so the vehicle can’t miss it by going either side. This seems to have been a longstanding issue due to the very large size (3 foot) of the pothole and location which will unfortunately lead to other drivers experiencing similar unacceptable and unnecessary problems.

Many thanks,
