The access road between house number 3 and number 5 is in very poor condition. The point at which it joins the main part of Oxford Close is full of potholes. The road has also subsided at the edges so that the dropped curbs for house number 3 and 5 are no longer flush with the road surface. There is quite a step up to access both dropped curbs.
