Dipped road filling

This part of the road is near potholes that have been marked but who ever marked them could not be bothered just to look a few feet away to clearly see this sunken road works. Surely this needs to be sorted at same time!!!! Or are you just wanting to waste money and pay out again to company who has to come out.
