Parking in a turning point

Sent to Harborough District Council and Leicestershire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 1304302.

Vehicles unable to turn due to a white van and black car being constantly parked in the turning point in Kestrel Close. These vehicles are left there by the same man.Subsequently other vehicles are using residents driveways to turn. This issue has been happening for over a year now and needs to be resolved.

Updates

Council no help whatsoever. They offered no solution to the problem and were no help at all. The parking continues and vehicles are still turning in drives.
