Fence not suitable. Danger to public

A large grass bank splits my property to the highway. On top of the bank is a 3ft 3 wire fence. The bank is sloped and is easy for children to climb and the fence is not suitable to stop them entering my property.

The problem is on my side of the fence it is a sheer drop of around 20ft and is only a matter of time before somebody fallys and seriously hurts themselves. Tonight some children decided to climb into my garden (reported to police). They could have been seriously injured!!!

I would like a larger fence erected to protect the public.

A bush has been planted (by previous property owner) to assist but this has not been successful
